“We don’t want to push our ideas on to customers, we simply want to make what they want” Famous designer Laura Ashley said this, and we cannot agree more. We at Shiftup are using the 10 Business Lifecycle stages, and we know we are between the stage 3, Formation, and the stage 4, Validation. We know we have the green light to finish building our product while we are seeking Product/Market Fit. Asking our customers and learning from them is fundamental to continue doing the right thing. And like many startups in this phase, patching or tweaking the business model is part of our day to day basis.

Last month, we announced that we were in the middle of a crisis and ~1000 people came over to help. As Aaron Levie would tell us, living at the intersection of a crisis is part of our DNA as a startup so there is no so much to worry about. We can say that, as of now, crisis averted!  We asked for help to understand the needs of lean-agile coaches and consultants, their priorities and how they differ per region. Your perspective will shape how we provide tools for what you need to shift up the innovation funnel and to boost continuous innovation over agile transformations.
