Goal
The nature of leadership has changed. The top-down, directive style of leadership is not successful anymore in adaptive work environments. The 21s century requires a new kind of leader: lean, agile, adaptive, and innovative. In this program, leaders learn how to create an environment that will allow teams to thrive with agility, innovation, and higher productivity.
Formats:
Collocated/in-person – available on request
Online/classes – available on request
Participants who finish this program (either collocated or online) qualify for an official ICAgile Leading with Agility certificate.
This workshop is for you if
This is a standalone workshop, meaning that no prior knowledge or certifications of lean agile thinking, business agility, or continuous innovation are required. However, this is not merely a beginner’s workshop. Having some experience with new product development and business management (in any role) will make attendance easier. We recommend first attending and completing the Business Agility Foundations learning program.
