Jurgen created the Shiftup Business Agility and Innovation Leader workshop based on the research and learnings from his most recent book, Startup, Scaleup, Screwup. Jurgen calls himself a creative networker. But sometimes he’s a writer, speaker, trainer, entrepreneur, illustrator, manager, blogger, reader, dreamer, leader, freethinker, or… Dutch guy.
Brandon Brown
Admin & Logistics
Brandon serves as the team’s logistics and administrative manager. Whether it’s organization, coordination, or administration. He helps ensure the team is aligned and the members have the information they need to operate. When he’s not doing that, he serves as part of our customer service frontline helping handle incoming inquiries.
Juan Franco
Graphic Designer
Juan is in charge of designing our communication pieces. He creates our packaging, presentations, the interface of our website and makes our illustrations. His goal is to deliver very clear pieces to help our messages get across. When he’s not working Juan is in the air. Airplanes are his passion. Not long ago he started training to get a private pilot license.
Sara Pedraz
Marketing & Content & Branding
30% Marketing, 30% Strategy, 30% Data and 10% water. Sara tries to align messages, research, prepare content, increase reach & visibility. Customer experience obssesed, she wants to make the life of our community easier. She enjoys reading, watching film essays and practicing yoga.
