On (almost) every Friday, we organize a casual meetup with some of the active players of the last week. Anyone who scored some experience points in the previous seven days gets an invitation for this meetup.
We usually send these invites on Wednesday, which means that we invite players who scored any number of points from the previous Wednesday up until this Tuesday. They get a unique link and a time slot for the meetup that takes place on Friday.
At the meetup, we chat about work, play, and anything else that comes to mind. Usually, we have one specific topic or question that we want to address together.
The goal of the Active Members Meetups is to give users a chance to meet each other and to ask face-to-face questions. On top of that, participants will be able to score points for a selected qualification objective, which depends on the topic they discussed.
