Javier is an Agilist with over 10 years of experience with Business Agility and over 17 years of experience in the telco, healthcare, banking/financial, betting, educational, retail and transport industries.

He is passionate about Lean Software Development, Agile Mindset, Business Agility, Agile Leadership, Shiftup Model, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, unFIX, Sociocracy with a strong focus on systems thinking and ultimately achieve effectiveness, collaboration and happiness within teams and organisations.

Javier has supported the successful adoption of a number of scaling implementations in his previous positions in Barcelona (Spain), Kinsale (Ireland), Sydney (Australia), Stockholm (Sweden), Copenhagen (Denmark) and now in Zug (Switzerland).
