Art, Founder of Clear Systems LLC, has been providing organizational and process improvement coaching, mentoring and training for the last 20+ years. He is a Certified ICAgile Instructor for the coaching track as well Business Agility.  

Progressing from programmer up through practice management in nationally recognized consultancies, Art went on to form his own startup, advising and supporting organizations in IT and business optimization, lean/agile methods, and training. One of th process improvements efforts he led  for a major federal agency was rated best practice by Forrester Research 

Art is currently focused on helping organizations and startups alike to apply lean, lean startup and agile concepts and practices to achieve better alignment, accelerate continuous improvement and learning, and position themselves for continued growth.
